How we're responding to COVID-19

We're here to keep you safe and healthy

The beauty of shopping with Siena is that we never meet face to face (yeah... we know that's kind of sad but in the middle of a pandemic it has to be a good thing).

Please your orders online and we'll pick, pack and despatch them - adhering to the strictest hygiene guidelines.

Contactless delivery

For retail orders, we'll leave your deliveries in a safe place and notify you when they arrive. They'll be there, ready and waiting, when you're ready to pick them up off your doorstep (or wherever we leave them).

Food service orders can also be "drop and notify" if you wish but if there is face to face contact we'll adhere to current Covid guidelines, including the wearing of face masks.

Either way, we make it as safe as possible.
