The Mercuri family has a very close association with their home country, Italy. This is where the family inherited their love of food after generations of family members passed on traditional recipes and food production processes. In order to maintain this special connection and to remain at the forefront of product development and distribution, the Mercuri family has established facilities in Italy to further assist in identifying new food trends and importantly provide an administrative and a logistic base to service the northern hemisphere.

Meet the owners
The Mercuri family came to Australia in 1966, from Naples in Italy, with their children; Michael and Daniel.
They made their home in Adelaide, South Australia but kept their Italian heritage alive by regularly visiting "the old country".
It is these frequent trips that have enabled them to maintain relationships with quality food manufacturers in Italy and other countriesand source the best foods to import to Australia.
